Unexpected

Today's outing to The Curve wasn't actually revolved around having fun, it was more of just spending time chatting with friends, which was nice for a change. Kevin, Chin, Steffi and I weren't actually a close-knit group so we didn't do much there. We wanted to watch a movie, but couldn't decide which one to watch so that idea was scrapped, tried to go Red Box for karaoke-ing but Steffi and Chin weren't up to it, and practically just roamed around the place chatting.

Yea... We had ice cream at Lecka Lecka and it was an interesting session there. It first started when Kevin asked for a chair from the neighbouring table. The "Can I?" question sparked a conversation on Pn. Shaja, which led me to sharing an experience I had in Form 3 about Kai Sheng's answer on the function of the placenta in our mid-term Science paper. Then, Steffi had to include the health tip that having human placenta with soup helps slow down the aging process in women. The thing is that most gynecologist take the placenta for themselves and make some money by selling them to Chinese herbal stores. So in the end, she asked us, that when our would-be wives were to deliver a baby, to request for the placenta... and give it to her... Eww... Moreover, since we were unimpressed, she indicated that we ourselves should try it out when the time comes... Yummy? No.

Well, it was an interesting outing... Nothing of the usual at all... Which was unique albeit weird as well...
